I recently discovered I have a gluten allergy, and it’s been really hard to find restaurants where I can grab something quick, especially during work hours. I came across TETAS Grill and saw they offered gluten-free options, so I gave it a try. Their lemon rice soup was the first dish I ordered and I’ve already had it three times this week! One of my co-workers tried Teta's after I recommended it, and now we’re both hooked. It’s definitely our go-to spot for lunch. Today, I decided to listen to the owner and try the chicken shawarma plate with rice, plus my usual lemon rice soup and garlic sauce. It was amazing! I 100% recommend this place, especially if you have food allergies. On top of that, they have the cleanest kitchen in town. TETAS Grill has quickly become my number one choice.

Came today from 35 min away to try. We were greeted immediately by the friendly staff, asking if we’ve been there before. After I said no, we were seated and she gave us a run down of the menu, told us all the information about 100% msg, nut soy, etc free. We ordered hummus, garlic (which is made without citric acid which is perfect .. because no heartburn!) and it was the best garlic sauce I’ve ever had! It was smooth and flavorful. The Kafta was made with 90/10 beef which was super impressive and my husband loved his lamb shawarma. We got chicken shawarma go to and it was DELICIOUS. My husband got it super spicy.. and he did cry a little lol but he liked it. Will definitely be back!!!!

This is hands down the best restaurant in the county. Their food is made with love and high quality ingredients, and their kitchen is SPOTLESS. They’ve never had anything besides a perfect health inspection. We eat here once a week and it’s always delicious.
